If you are countering on other terms would you add a GA to the notice of existing contract addendum to include those other terms as well?

In the case of the Buyer not performing on the contingency specified on the form, would it be a good practice to fill out a separate Contingency Addendum for each individual contingency that the buyer has so that all contingencies aren't lumped under the same "contingency paragraph" that would put them in breach of contract?
